Exchanges and returns are possible

In case exchange and return are not possible
– If the goods are lost or damaged due to a reason attributable to the user (however, if the packaging, etc. is damaged to check the contents of the goods, etc., the subscription can be withdrawn)
– In case the value of goods, etc. has significantly decreased due to the user’s use or partial consumption
– If the value of goods, etc. has significantly decreased to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time
– In case the packaging of goods that can be reproduced is damaged
– In the event that irreparable damage is expected to the seller when the subscription is withdrawn, such as goods produced to individual orders, and the consumer’s prior consent is obtained
– If the provision of digital content has begun, (However, in the case of a contract consisting of divisible service or divisible digital content, the subscription can be withdrawn for the part for which provision has not been commenced.)
